I went to the doctor yesterday, and he said I'm in the clear! The baby's heart rate is strong, and the doctor said the bleed just looks like a bruise at this point. He also said to still be conservative, but that I'm off bed rest. I am thrilled! This was a tough thing to go through, but there were two really great things that came from it: (1) Chris and I had what was, for me, such an unforgettable spiritual experience when we first found out that the baby was at risk - it gave me peace to last through the long weeks; and (2) I was just blown away at the generosity of people around me. People, some who don't really even know me, loved my kids, cleaned my house, brought us treats, prayed for us. I don't have words for how it touched me, and I can never sufficiently thank everyone for it. Really happy.
