Today was Penny's last day of school! Her class had a little field day, and I got to go to a bit of that. She had made a kite and was loving running around with it. She said goodbye to her teacher, and to her bus driver and bus helper. They love her so much. I'm thrilled because she'll have the same bus helper next year; she's such a sweetheart, and she gave Penny a little pack of goodies and a certificate for being a good girl on the bus this year. Love. Can't believe this tiny girl has a year of school under her belt. They sent us home with plenty of exercises to do to keep up her speech progress, so we'll work on that this summer. School's out!
