After waiting so long and wanting it so bad, Penelope finally got to join her siblings in going to swim lessons (she's seriously cried about not going with them every single time for 2 years!). When her teacher called her name she jumped right up and followed her to their section of the pool. She freaked out for a brief moment when she realized I wasn't coming along, but got over it pretty quickly because she loves the water so much. Three other parents said what a great swimmer she is. One asked how long she had been taking lessons, and was surprised when I said this was her first. I was so happy for my happy little fishy girl today.
