Today Penelope had a third hearing test, and the results were the same: she shows middle ear fluid. The Early Intervention counselor said she seems to have chronic fluid in the middle ear, said it's probably causing mild to moderate hearing loss, and advised seeing an ENT. I made the appointment, and we go next week.
