Penelope can't stand this lying down all the time nonsense, she's dying to be able to sit up. And she loves standing on our laps or in the Exersaucer. She's getting pretty good at sitting up. She is always twirling her wrists, and she squeezes and unsqueezes whatever's in her hand (I call it milking). She smiles a ton, but she's been doing that since almost the beginning, and she has a low, raspy giggle. She loves to be one of the kids,  and they're adorable with her.

Penelope has had the same cough and congestion for a solid month. I do saline drops and suction all the time, but she still struggles. And she gasps for air when she's nursing. I didn't even take her for her 4-month well check because I know they want them, well...well for those appointments. So I think I'll take her in this week to see if the doctor has some magical way of nipping this in the bud.
